| 2009 MBMC FISH OF THE MONTH | ||||||
| For an additional $20.00 per year a member can
participate in our Fish-of-the-Month competition. The largest (heaviest by
weight) fish of the month (excluding sharks, skates, and rays) caught from a
member's boat, by a Fish-Of-The-Month participant wins a fishing reel. This
competition is open to all male, female and junior Club members. All IGFA species fish must be caught in accordance with IGFA rules and regulations. Fish must be caught within 150 miles of Mission Bay and may be weighed at any affiliated Club weigh station, or certified weigh station. Weighmasters at these locations will provide you with weight slips that you MUST submit to MBMC within 10 days of the catch in order to be eligible. At month-end, the winning angler will be announced and be presented a fishing reel at the next Club social event |
